Domestic Mission Trips (For Adults/ Families)
Men’s trip to San Antonio, TX “Hebrews 4:22” (Light construction projects at a half-way house and ministering to the residents with a BBQ dinner) $50 per person and cover your meals. Thursday - Saturday. October 10-12.
Belton, TX “Hilltop Recovery” (Fall 2024 - Dates TBD): Leave Thursday evening- return Saturday evening. Deliver benches made by Craftsmen for Christ, and assemble and stain two picnic tables. Could also include some yard work and moving of boxes. $75 per family and cover you own meals.
Men’s Mission Trip: Arkansas. Sept. 27-29 (Doing local mission work in connection with an LCMC Church in Rogers Arkansas; post prison ministry, homeless ministry) $50 per person and cover your own meals.
Young People Weekend Mission Trip: October 2024- Dates TBD (Mission OKC working with families and children in poverty-stricken area of Oklahoma City: Serving meals, playing games, teaching Bible stories.) $50 per person and cover your own meals.
2025 Mission Trips
What: Spring Break Mission Trip
Where: Jackson Mississippi
When: March 15th – March 20th
Who: 6-12th Grade
Cost: $375
Details: We will be leaving LWLC early on the 15th and spend the night at a church in Jackson. While there we will be working primarily with the homeless community of the city. We will also be worshiping with a local church and having fellowship with other churches who will be serving along side of us during the week. Our free day will be Sunday where we will be visiting the Civil Rights museum in town. We will be leaving Jackson early on the 20th and getting back to LWLC in the early afternoon.

Where: Amarillo Texas
When: June 9th – June 12th
Who: 6-12th Grade
Cost: $200
Details: We will leave LWLC early on the 9th. We will spend some time each day on a series of devotions where the kids will get a chance to learn about and deepen their faith. On the first day we will be renting a pontoon boat on lake Meredith for an afternoon on the lake, with swimming and tubing. The second day we will be hiking Pala Duro Canyon. We will leave Amarillo early on the 20th and to LWLC in the early afternoon. We will be cooking at the house for this trip, but money will be needed for food on the way to and from Amarillo. This is a perfect event to invite friends to as it will be a lot of fun but will also offer plenty of time to talk about our faith and have fellowship other members of the LWLC youth group.

Where: Puerto Viejo Costa Rica
When: June 14th - June 20th
Who: All ages
Cost: $900
Details: Women’s ministry, children's ministry, construction, Youth ministry, and lots of outreach. This will be our 6th time partnering with the same local church in Costa Rica. There are so many avenues available to us to minister and I am very excited to go back and continue to build relationships with the congregation as well as the community.

Where: Minneapolis Minnesota
When: June 21st – June 27th
Who: 9th- College
Cost: $375
Details: We will leave LWLC very early on the 21st and spend the night in Kansas City Kansas, then drive the rest of the way to Minneapolis the next day, staying the rest of the week at a local church. In Minneapolis we will be working with the homeless and the elderly. This year we will be cooking our own meals, so I will need a parent or adult who is willing to come along and help with cooking, the youth will be expected to help. We will leave Minneapolis early on the 27th and return late that night to LWLC.
